As I’m learning and practicing the myofascial work, I find I understand Thai massage better. Even though each focuses
on different body systems, I feel a similar connection to the entire fabric of the body. And even though both are quite
physical to give, I thoroughly enjoy the workout.
If you haven’t tried the Thai massage yet, consider one. Although traditionally the massage is given on the floor on a mat,
I prefer to use the massage table. The session lasts 90 to 120 minutes. You remain fully clothed (loose fitting, comfortable
clothes, please.) Your energy meridians are awakened as acupressure points are stimulated and as you are passively stretched.
Thai massage leaves you refreshed and energized.
